Guest Post - Katie from Beautifully Pure

Hey all of you Swing the Day Away readers! I'm Katie from over at Beautifully Pure. Sara asked me to post over here while she's busy with some school stuff. (Days like this I don't miss being in school!)

This is one of my favorite outfits in a long while - it's so rockabilly inspired! Between the high-waisted shorts, cat eye glasses and waist length sweater, I just felt like such a bobbysoxer in it! Not to mention that it's comprised of two of my favorite colors - teal and red!

This has been such a weird summer on the shores of Lake Michigan! Back and forth between cool temperatures and rainy and hot sunny weather. It's finally gotten consistently warm-ish and I feel like I've missed half the summer! But I do have a couple fun things planned for the rest of the summer - like the Renaissance Faire and meeting up with Sara! I'm so excited!
