These pictures were actually taken last Monday, so I'm a little behind. Between my mom's birthday, my niece's birthday, a short trip to Boston, and Mother's Day, it's been a super busy week. It was all fun, though! I ate a lot of yummy food, spent time with both friends and family, and saw and met The Aquabats! More on that another time, though. I will have a Boston coming up soon!

It's crazy that soon enough half of 2014 will have gone by. It's exciting and scary all at once how fast time can go. I only have three more semesters left of school and then I will have a master's degree! I really want to take a huge trip when I'm done. I really want to go to New Zealand, but I'm not sure that'll be plausible financially for me. Maybe I'll start putting aside some money each month towards it. I already have some saved.

I'm already looking forward to the weekend because I'm planning on a trip to the orchard on Saturday and then Sunday is a friend of mine's birthday party/cookout. It'll be the first cookout of the season! Usually Memorial Day marks that, but why not start a little early? The weather was like summer already anyway. It was in the 70s for a couple of days! I actually got to go barelegged for the first time this year. Of course, it's back to cooler tights weather, but it won't be for too much longer! :)
absolutely gorgeous :)

I love the outfit! The pattern of your dress is absolutely adorable.
ReplyDeleteIt's so crazy how fast time flies....it's kind of scary! You should definitely treat yourself to a special trip after you graduate. Saving a bit at a time makes it so much more reachable.

ReplyDeleteI know, the year has gone super fast! I want to go on a big trip, but I'm holding out to just wait until everything is done here and I can go forever.
