Ethereal

So here is what I wore for Easter...almost two months later. I told you I was behind. But it's ok because I'm finally getting to it all and I have lots to share!









I thought I knew what I was going to wear for Easter. I thought I was going to wear the purple dress from Unique Vintage that I wore in my recent post. Then Chris got me this dress that's also from Unique Vintage for our anniversary in March, and I completely changed my mind.









This dress is beautiful. I love everything about it. The colors, the shape, the tulle, the sleeves, the ruched detail. I love the layering of the tulle. I just love tulle, really. But I love how dreamy and ethereal this dress is. I felt like a princess or fairy or some other sort of magical being.











I am excited for this weekend. A bunch of us are going to a renaissance faire, and I'm so ready to eat a giant turkey leg and all kinds of other delicious things. It's a springtime themed one, so I also can't wait to dress for the occasion. I love themes. :)









I am also excited for pool season! Chris's family has a pool, so we get to go swimming fairly often once it's open. I don't really care about getting tan, but I do love laying out in the sun. It's so relaxing and soothing to read a book or just simply rest and let the warmth soak in.

I can't believe May is pretty much already over. June will bring a lot of fun things like (hopefully) day trips, a ska show, camping, and Chris's birthday. I have no idea what I'm going to get him, but I know that we are going to have a party around the fire pit to celebrate! :)
